To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovanix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or commercial losses arising from use of the services.


Jovanix’s total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
